These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to all discounts, coupon codes, sales events, and promotional offers available through Trust Panda. These terms operate alongside the rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law and equivalent consumer protection legislation in the European Union. If any part of these terms conflicts with applicable consumer laws, the law prevails.
General Promotional Terms
- Promotions apply only to eligible products specified for each offer.
- Discounts, coupon codes, or promotional prices are valid only during the advertised promotional period.
- Promotions are available while stock lasts. No rainchecks or backorders apply unless stated.
- Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already completed.
- Unless explicitly stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, volume pricing, reseller pricing, or business quotes.
- Promotional discounts apply to product prices only and exclude shipping fees unless clearly stated.
- Purchase limits may apply. Trust Panda reserves the right to cancel or limit orders that exceed published promotional purchase limits, including multiple orders placed by the same customer.
- For multi-currency regions, discounted prices are shown at checkout based on your selected currency.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, the promotional value is not reinstated or transferable to a future order.
- Coupons will only apply at checkout when entered into the cart by the customer, unless a specific promotion states that the discount is “automatically applied at checkout”.
- In the event of system errors, incorrect pricing, or supplier updates, Trust Panda may amend, correct, or withdraw a promotion where legally permitted. Any changes will not affect orders already accepted.
- Nothing in these terms restricts your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent EU consumer protection laws.
- All promotions are subject to Trust Panda’s Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Your Rights Under Consumer Law
Promotional pricing does not limit your rights to refunds, repairs, or replacements for faulty goods. Under the Australian Consumer Law and EU consumer protection regulations, you are entitled to remedies for products that are defective, do not match their description, or are unfit for their intended purpose. These statutory rights apply regardless of whether the product was purchased at full price or during a promotion.

Promotion period: This promotion runs while promotional stock lasts or until 60 qualifying redemptions have been fulfilled, whichever occurs first. Trust Panda reserves the right to end this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Stock limit: This promotion is limited to 60 qualifying redemptions in total. Once 60 redemptions have been fulfilled, the promotion will end regardless of any remaining advertised period.
Limit per customer: This promotion is limited to one (1) free item per customer. For the purposes of this promotion, a “customer” is defined as a unique individual or entity identified by any one of the following: a unique physical delivery or billing address; a unique email address; a unique phone number; or a unique registered business name or ABN. If any two or more orders share any one of these identifiers, they are considered to belong to the same customer, regardless of whether different names or payment methods are used.
Circumvention: Any attempt to circumvent the one-per-customer limit — including placing multiple orders using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or addresses for the same individual or business — will result in automatic cancellation of the additional order(s). Trust Panda reserves the right to cancel and refund any order it reasonably suspects has been placed to circumvent these terms, without obligation to fulfil the promotional item.
No cash alternative: The promotional item has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for credit or an alternative product.
Eligibility: This promotion is available to customers with a valid Australian delivery address only.
