The Trust Panda Enterprise Delivery Service covers Australia, New Zealand, the European Union, the United States, India, Canada, and other international destinations. Tax and duty handling varies by region - we'll clarify this at quoting.
Yes. Enterprise customers can submit purchase orders to our Enterprise & Government Sales Team. We support custom references on invoices to align with your internal systems.
Yes. All orders include a Tax Invoice including GST. Enterprise customers on the Postpaid model receive a single consolidated monthly invoice covering all orders, shipping, and applicable taxes.
We offer three: Prepaid (pre-funded stock for large deployments), Pay Per Order (card payment at point of order), and Postpaid Monthly (consolidated invoicing in arrears). Your model is agreed during onboarding and can be reviewed as your needs change.

Yes. The Trust Panda Enterprise Portal supports Single Sign-On via Okta and Microsoft Identity (Entra ID). Users can also authenticate directly with email, password, and passkeys or TOTP MFA.
Where stock is available, orders are processed within one business day. For very large or custom deployments, the Enterprise & Government Sales Team will confirm lead times at quoting. Shipping insurance is available for high-value orders at 1% of order value.
Trust Panda's Enterprise Delivery Service supports direct-to-employee shipping across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe, and India. For large deployments, we can hold pre-funded stock at regional distribution hubs so keys are drawn down progressively as your rollout schedule requires. We provide consolidated invoicing regardless of how many countries your deployment spans, and can coordinate with your IT team on provisioning documentation and user onboarding guides.
The YubiKey 5 series (5 NFC, 5C NFC, 5Ci, 5C Nano) all support FIDO2 and are compatible with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365. The Security Key series supports FIDO2 but does not include smart card / PIV functionality. We're happy to advise on the right model for your specific Conditional Access policies.
Yes. YubiKeys are fully compatible with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and satisfy Microsoft's phishing-resistant MFA requirements. You can enforce YubiKey authentication via Conditional Access policies, including passwordless login through FIDO2. This makes YubiKeys one of the few MFA methods that meets the bar for high-security Conditional Access configurations, including those required for Microsoft 365 Government and regulated-industry tenants.
Yes, hardware security keys satisfy the phishing-resistant MFA requirements under all three frameworks. For Australian organisations, FIDO2 hardware keys meet ACSC Essential Eight MFA Maturity Level 3.
For US federal contractors under CMMC, hardware security keys satisfy the phishing-resistant MFA controls in CMMC Level 2 and Level 3. For European organisations subject to NIS2, hardware MFA meets the authentication requirements for high-criticality systems. We can provide supporting documentation for compliance audits on request.
Yes. Yubico provides a one year warranty on all YubiKey hardware. As an authorised reseller, purchases from Trust Panda are fully eligible for warranty claims. Trust Panda acts as your point of contact and will coordinate with Yubico on your behalf.
