- Wednesday 31 December (New Year’s Eve): Open 9:00am – 4:00pm
January 2026
- Thursday 1 January (New Year’s Day – NSW Public Holiday): Closed
- Friday 2 January: Open 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Monday 5 January onwards: Open as normal, 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Australia Day (Monday 26 January 2026) is a NSW public holiday and Trust Panda Australia will be closed on this day.
Ordering & Dispatch During the Festive Period
- Orders placed during NSW public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Courier delivery times may be extended due to increased holiday volumes
